Digital Products (Sample Packs, Presets, Downloads)

• Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the download has started or the product has been delivered.

• By purchasing and downloading our products, you waive your right of withdrawal under § 18 FAGG (Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act).

• Refunds for digital goods are only possible if no download or delivery has taken place, and only within 14 days of purchase.

Audio Services (Mixing, Mastering, Production, Sound Design)

• For custom audio services, refunds are not possible once work has begun.

• If no work has started, you may cancel the service and request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

General Exceptions:

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Completed custom services (mixing, mastering, sound design, etc.).

• Downloaded or accessed digital products.

• Personalized audio content created specifically for you.
